Untamed Isles Affiliate Documentation

  • Creator fills in the Google form to express interest in program / UI manager contacts a creator via email about joining program (must include full legal name)
  • Creator meets the minimum threshold for joining the program (minimum of 1000 followers on YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok)
  • UI manager sends email to creator with terms and conditions & % rate
  • Creator submits one worded custom phrase for affiliate code & link
  • UI manager creates a new code & link in the BUI shop backend
  • Creator provides written confirmation of agreeing to Untamed Isles Affiliate Agreement via email. This confirmation will be the start date for the agreement
  • Creator receives a unique trackable link and creator code to promote the game
  • Creator uses brand guidelines and brand assets when creating content about Untamed Isles
  • Customer uses a link to purchase one of the UI pre-order packs, receives a 5% discount and a complimentary cosmetic item (this is a referral under the agreement). The code can only be used to purchase an Untamed Isles Supporter Pack from buy.untamedisles.com. This discount is only applicable to pre-order packs and is not valid for any other Untamed Isles product
  • UI website tracks purchases made using affiliate code and automatically assign these against a creator’s name
  • Any refunds of sold packages done in 30 days after purchases won’t be included into payouts
  • Creator needs to reach a threshold of 30 days before receiving first payment
  • Statement of commission will be provided by Untamed Isles to creator 14 days after the end of the calendar month with payments within 30 days after the end of the calendar month
  • Payments are being made using Paypal or Wise
  • If there are any changes to the program UI manager contacts creator via email
  • If agreement is terminated by any party, last payout will be made in 90 days after the date of termination

 

Creators eligibility

Creators (i.e., active video makers, streamers, storytellers, artists, cosplayers, musicians, and community builders) who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in Untamed Isles Affiliate Program:

  • Are at least 13 years old
  • Have 1,000+ followers on at least one of the following eligible social platforms: YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok
  • Are capable of accepting the Creator Agreement (either on behalf of yourself or the legal entity that you represent)
  • Are capable of receiving payment using our designated payment platform

 

Definitions

UI Manager: A representative of Untamed Isles. The UI Manager is responsible for the allocation of codes.
Creator: The affiliate/influencer creating content to promote Untamed Isles in the affiliate program.
Customer: The purchaser of an Untamed Isles pre-order pack.
